Our most popular blend, Edgar’s Signature Peaberry Blend is a combination of authentic Jamaica Blue Mountain Peaberry and our High-Altitude Papua New Guinea Peaberry Beans. Both being outstanding coffees in their own rights, the resulting coffee is more than the sum of its parts. This blend highlights the finest attributes of two outstanding coffees that originate from the same plant stock.
Both Bean types blended are the exclusive Peaberry Bean.
We offer these Peaberry Beans in a Medium Roast, developed to optimize the coffees extraordinary qualities and complex flavors.
Peaberry beans are the result of a natural mutation found in under 10% of each harvest, which results in one bean developing within the coffee berry instead of the "Classic" two. The Peaberry bean, having not had to share nutrients with a twin, has a unique flavor profile which many consider to be superior.

We roast all of our green bean, in house in small batches to order. We have developed each roast specifically by bean type, as each is unique. We offer Medium and Dark roasts depending on the product.
