Having spent years and much trial and error perfecting the roast on our 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, we were curious as to what would happen if we applied our same unique techniques to other specialty coffee beans. So we sourced the best quality single origin beans that the rest of the world has to offer and started experimenting. The results are spectacular, even if we say so ourselves. El Salvador

These honey processed beans provide a new flavor profile to our global gourmet collection. Grown in El Salvador on the side of volcanoes, it is distinguished by its smooth and balanced flavor. Many notice hints of tangerine, honey and red apple.

Mexico | Bloom Jaguar Siltepec

Grown above 4,900 feet close to the border of Mexico and Guatemala, the cloud forest, rich soil and shade canopy of the area combine to create the ideal coffee growing conditions for the development of gourmet coffee. This bright and rich coffee has notes of stone fruit and vanilla.

Brazil

Grown at an altitude of over 4000 feet, this Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee is from a unique family-owned farm. Our Brazilian beans are packed with flavor and adored for their contrasting boldness and sweetness.

Sumatra | Mandheling

Grown on the Indonesian island of Sumatra, in Padang's west-central region, this Sumatra Mandheling coffee is legendary in the world of Sumatran coffee. You can expect a low-key acidity and a heavy, almost syrupy, body with a concentrated and complex flavor.

Guatemala | Huehuetenango

Grown in the driest and highest region of Guatemala, Huehuetenango. At altitudes between 5,000 to 6,000 feet, this non volcanic coffee growing region produces coffee with complex and fruity flavors.

Costa Rica | Los Santos

Grown at elevations of 3,900 feet or more, these Costa Rican beans are packed with flavor. This specialty coffee is full-bodied and rich with notes of milk chocolate and a gorgeous aroma.

Colombia High Altitude | Organically Grown

Grown on a single Estate in Columbia on one of the highest coastal ranges in the world. This organically grown coffee comes from Typica, Caturra and Castillo varieties and offers a rich flavor, full body, sweet citrus, caramel notes and a smooth aftertaste.

Grown on the Kigabah Estate in Banz, in nutrient-rich volcanic soil, Papua New Guinea coffee is renowned for being complex. We offer this beautiful Peaberry coffee with a very smooth mouth feel and a peach like hint of sweetness.

Grown in the shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, nestled between banana trees, this Tanzanian Peaberry Coffee has an unforgettable flavor.
