Grown in the shadows of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, this Peaberry Coffee has an unforgettable flavor. Along with a rich, chocolate flavor, Tanzania Peaberry also has hints of dark fruits like blackcurrant, intense brightness and bright acidity complemented by a soft, sweet finish. Drinkers can also expect to taste floral notes and hints of citrus fruit, coconut, and pineapple. Like most African coffees, Tanzanian Peaberry can be enjoyed hot or iced.

We offer this in a Medium Roast, developed to enhance the full flavor profile within the beans, caramel, stone fruit, chocolate, nutty and green tea notes, with a bright citric acidity and juicy body.
Peaberry beans are the result of a natural mutation found in under 10% of each harvest, which results in one bean developing within the coffee berry instead of the "Classic" two. The Peaberry bean, having not had to share nutrients with a twin, has a unique flavor profile which many consider to be superior.
